A secluded private retreat less than 10 minutes from Indiana University. This group property pairs a beautifully remodeled 6-bedroom house — with a deluxe kitchen and dining hall — with two modern cabins and a camping area, so you can host anywhere from 20 to 50 guests on one property.

Swim in the 33-foot pool (open May–September), soak in the 7-person hot tub year-round, and gather around the fire ring, which comes stocked with wood. The entrance, dining room, one bathroom, and two bedrooms are ADA compliant, making it a rare fit for large, mixed-ability groups near campus.

The space

The main house has 6 remodeled bedrooms, a deluxe kitchen, and a dining hall for the whole group. Two modern cabins each add a private bathroom and kitchenette, and the camping area holds as many tents as you bring — bring your own, there's no limit.
